You can kill the nearby Gutted Ancients for this. It only takes the three to lure him out.
Objective: Kill the Hollow Executioner before he escapes
The Hollow Executioner will spawn at the bridge south of the blood covered blade at (80,494) and will patrol through the length of it. You only have four minutes to kill him.
