Tier 1

Objective: Examine Red’s map

The map hangs on the wall above the TV. Interact with the map to examine it.

strangersfromastrangeland01

Objective: Locate the first rune stone

This mission was added in Issue #2, so when it was released most people would easily spot the characteristics of Blue Mountain on the map. That’s right, you need to move out of the cuddly warmth of Savage Coast and into the meat grinder that is Blue Mountain.

WARNING: If you have never visited Blue Mountain before you will die. A lot. This is where the game tells you to rethink your builds and tactics, largely because the mobs are meaner and they move in packs. If you are not a deck builder or tactician, a visit to the build section of this site or the official forum is strongly advised.

Back to the quest at hand. First, head north up the road from Reds shop through the tunnel leading to Blue mountains.

strangersfromastrangeland02

After having reached Blue Mountain, open your mission journal and then click the image file under Tier 1. It will show you Reds map. If you now open the real map, you should see the similarities and where the stones are located. If not I have made a nice overlay map for your viewing pleasure. I will start with the “R” (525,250), then move counter clockwise on the map.

This time Huginn gave you a riddle.

Who picks a fight with the sun? There is really only one viable answer for this out of all the 4 possible answers.
Click on the red and white chat bubble icon over Muninn and choose Fog as the answer. Note that if you give the wrong answer a zombie called Skaldic Horror will spawn and attack you. This goes for all the coming tiers.

“We carried a sword out from the lands of rain, and gave thanks to the gods. All must pass before the gods.”
