Interact with the journal to read “Crazed Diary Page”.

It’s in this area.
As you enter the journal page you will be attacked by Filth Infected Workers. Quickly pick up the page (shown behind the worker in the picture) after you have defeated the attacker by interacting with it.

Get attacked again. I got attacked twice, but that may be because I was slow picking up the page. Quickly pick up a new “Crazed Diary Page” after combat ends.
Tier 2
Objective: Go to the Grounds Keeper’s shack
Continue on your way west.
Objective: Kill the Filthy Grounds Keeper
He roams around the shack. Beware of a “Innsmouth Track & Field” (zombie) that often hangs out by the front door, as it may attack you from behind if you approach the way I did here. The mission is done by completing this objective.
