Click on it, but be prepared for an ambush.

Simply defeat the ambushing Atenists and the objective will become:

The wisps will lead you to an altar at (370,170).
Tier 3
Objective: Prevent the cultists from completing the ritual
Destroy the Altar to disrupt their ritual.
Tier 4
Objective: Move deeper into the cultist camp
Follow the marker on the map, you should see another Altar there.
Objective: Prevent the cultists from completing the ritual
Once again, destroy the Altar to disrupt the ritual process.
Tier 5
Objective: Move deeper into the cultist camp
Follow the marker on the map, there will be a few enemies along the way.
Objective: Destroy Caahs the Soulspawn
It is standing next to the Altar. Overcome it.
Objective: Destroy the ritual altar
Put an end to these rituals once and for all by destroying the last Altar.
