Tier 1
Objective: Report to the Eye
Head home to New York and enter the Labyrinth. As you enter, you will hear The Eye begin making announcements. These are directed toward you.
Objective: Enter the parking garage
Leave the Labyrinth and head topside. You need to return to where your character entered New York for the first time. It’s across from the Laundromat at (365, 405). Go down the stairs and enter the Parking Garage solo instance.
Take a few steps into the darkness of the garage and you will receive a phone call from The Eye.
Objective: Investigate the security booth
The security booth is immediately to your left. Go inside and use the surveillance monitor. You will see a security feed showing a Templar agent in the parking garage.
Objective: Pick up the head lamp
There is a head lamp on the desk. Grab it.
Objective: Equip the headlamp and follow the Templar agent into the parking garage
Double click the headlamp icon in your inventory. Proceed deeper into the parking garage. Along the way you will encounter filth infected humans as well as a filth shade or two.
Once you’ve gone down four levels your light will go out and you will get another call from The Eye.
Objective: Look for another light source
Across from you when your light goes out you will see a road flare. Head over to it and grab some flares from the back of the pickup truck. It’s helpful to put the flares in your shortcut bar or in an inventory page that is stickied so it is always visible. The flares have a 15 second cooldown and they also stun any enemy in the area they land for 5 seconds.
Objective: Use the flares to light up your path and go deeper into the parking garage
Go down two more levels, being careful of the filthy humans and filth shades along the way. Once you reach the second level down your mission will update and you will be treated to a surprise.
Objective: Go to the meeting point
Surprise! Defeat the wendigo Devourer. Remember, you can use the flaregun in your inventory to stun it for 5 seconds.
Go down one more level where you will find a gruesome scene.
Tier 2
Objective: Escape the parking garage and return to Illuminati HQ
You will be ambushed by four filth infected humans. Defeat them or run if you can. Either way, return to the upper level of the parking garage and exit back to the streets of New York. Return to the Labyrinth to complete the mission and earn your promotion to Rank 3. Who’s awesome? You’re awesome.
