Simply walk up to the black pool to have the mission update.
Objective: Kill nearby Filth-infected victims
Before you kill these, I suggest you sneak up on them and just stand and listen for a while. The things these poor souls say is fun and creepy at the same time. When you’re done listening, kill 4 of them. Mission complete.
