Simply kill 10 Obedient Servants within the area highlighted on the map and destroy 2 supply caches by interacting with them, which will set them on fire.
Tier 2
Objective: Thin the population of Bringers of Offerings
Objective: Destroy cultist supply caches
Objective: Kill Nathifa, Disciple of the Voice
Kill 4 Bringers of Offerings and destroy another 2 supply caches.
Also, make sure to kill Nathifa, Disciple of the Voice
Tier 3
Objective: Thin the population of Masters of Offerings
Objective: Destroy cultist supply caches
Objective: Kill the Demagogue
Kill 2 Masters of Offerings and destroy yet another 2 supply caches.
Then kill the Demagogue to finish the mission
