Use the laptop and look through the log.
Each team has encoded coordinates on the top of their report, all of them listed as B64.

Objective: Find the missing patrol
Use the information given by the computer.
You have the location of every team as well as directions where they felt the disturbance. Presumably the missing team is in the direction of it.
Crossing their directions will lead you to a cave (565,410).
On one of the ledges inside will be a group of dead Orochi agents and a crate.
Objective: Open the Orochi crate
Try to use the crate. Doing so will prove futile.
Objective: Find a way to unlock the Orochi crate
Follow the trail of blood to a Filthy Orochi feasting on the corpse of another dead agent (593,302). It’s advised that it be killed.
In the hands of the corpse that was being devoured is an electronic keycard. Pick it up.
Objective: Open the Orochi crate
Return to the crate and use it once more. This time it will open.
