Offensive Head Signets
Signet of CorruptionYour affliction effects deal 7/17/21% more damage.
Signet of the KingdomWhenever you hit you gain a single Kingdom counter which increases your Hit Rating by 6 for 4 seconds per stack. This effect can stack up to 20 times. An additional counter is gained if an attack penetrates or critically hits.
Offensive Head/Weapon Signets
Signet of AbuseWhen you hit a target you have a 10% chance to gain a damage increase of 8/16/24% for 5 seconds. 11 second cooldown.
Signet of AggressionWhen you hit a weakened target you have a 15% chance to gain a 5/10/15% damage increase for 6 seconds. 9 second cooldown.
Signet of BreachingWhen you penetrate a target you make that target take 8/16/24% more damage from further penetrating hits for 7 seconds. 7 second cooldown.
Signet of CastigationWhen you hit a target you have a 10% chance to make your next 4/8/12 hits never glance and deal 1/2/3% more damage. 4/8/12 second cooldown.
Signet of FuryWhen you achieve 10 hits you gain a 5/10/15% damage increase for 6 seconds. 6 second cooldown.
Signet of LacerationWhen you critically hit a target, you gain a 8/16/24% critical damage increase for 15 seconds. 15 second cooldown.
Signet of ObedienceWhen you hit an impaired target, you gain increased damage of 2/4/6% per stack for 5 seconds, up to 3 stacks.
Signet of OpportunismWhen you hit an afflicted target you have a 20% chance to hit them for an additional 74/149/224 magical damage.
Signet of SadismWhen you hit a target you have a 10% chance to hit them for an additional 142/284/427 magical damage.

Signet of Cruel DelightWhen you hit a weakened target you have a 5% chance to be healed for 66/132/198 every 2 seconds for 8 seconds.
Signet of ExtricationWhen you hinder a target, you are healed for 47/94/141.
Signet of InterdictionWhen you impair a target, you are healed for 55/111/167 every 2 seconds for 6 seconds.
Signet of TemperanceWhen you heal a target below 50% health they are healed for 31/63/94 every 2 seconds for 8 seconds. 8 second cooldown.
Signet of ValourWhen you critically hit a target you gain a barrier that absorbs 40/80/120 points of damage and lasts for 10 seconds.

Signet of EquilibriumWhen you critically heal a target they gain a 5/10/15% damage increase for 5 seconds. 15 second cooldown.
Signet of HarmonyYour healing effects are increased by 1/2/3%.
Signet of HungerYour Leech effects are increased by 1/2/3%.
Signet of Saint MarkIncreases the effectiveness of your barrier, leech and healing abilities by 1.5%.
Signet of SecurityYour barrier effects are increased by 1/2/3%.
Signet of ThirstWhen you critically heal a target they gain a 6/12/20% leech effect for 5 seconds. 15 second cooldown.
Signet of Yakushi's BalmIncreases the effectiveness of your barrier, leech and healing abilities by 1.5%.

Signet of DisciplineWhen you are glanced you gain 116/232/348 Defence Rating for 8 seconds. 8 second cooldown.
Signet of OrderWhen you block you gain 15/30/45% block chance for 4 seconds. 10 second cooldown.
Signet of ReinforcementWhen you are glanced or evade an attack, you gain magical and physical protection of 31/62/93 per stack for 4 seconds, up to 3 stacks.
Signet of ResilienceWhen you block you gain magical and physical protection of 31/62/93 per stack for 4 seconds, up to 3 stacks.
Signet of the TrenchesWhenever you are glanced, evade or block an attack, you gain a Trench counter. Once this counter reaches 6 you are healed for 3% of your maximum health. This effect can only occur once every 8 seconds.

Signet of FortificationWhen your health is below 50% you gain a barrier that will absorb 126/252/378 damage in 10 seconds. 12 second cooldown.
Signet of RejuvenationWhen your health is below 50% you are healed for 50/100/150 and affected by a heal over time effect healing you for 19/38/47 every 2 seconds for 8 seconds. 12 second cooldown.
Signet of SalvationWhen you block, evade or are glanced you gain a 2/4/6% damage reduction for 5 seconds. 6 second cooldown.
Signet of Sarutahiko's MettleIncreases block chance by 1.5%
Signet of Undying RoarIncreases evade chance by 1.5%

Signet of DetainmentYour hinder effects last 10/20/30% longer.
Signet of HatredWhen you block, evade or are glanced you generate a small/medium/large amount of hate on your offensive target. 6 second cooldown.
Signet of SerenityWhen you critically heal a target you reduce your offensive targets hate towards you by a small/medium/large amount. 15 second cooldown.
Signet of SubjugationWhen you land a critical or penetrating hit you reduce your offensive targets hate towards you by a small/medium/large amount. 15 second cooldown.
