The Errant Drifter can be found patrolling the passageway between Sol Glorificus and The Spoiled Farm, at around (255,520).
It has the same basic abilities as the other big mummies in Egypt, but it has more health.
If you cannot find this rare monster in the area, it is likely that it is on a respawn cooldown, which could take a few hours, so then you can either come back later or wait.
