The objectives can be done in any order, the order listed below is simply the order in which I chose to do them.
Objective: Kill Zed “Flamer” Johnson
He is located around (133,515) near a car, kill him.
Objective: Kill Edwin “The Doc” Mannon
He should be feeding off a corpse with a couple of other zombies near (250,620).
Objective: Kill “Deadeye” Dan Williams
He should be roaming the area around (115,795).
Objective: Kill Cannonball Bill
He should be located near the base of the small rock hill near (92,654). He will be “hiding” amongst some of the larger rocks whilst consuming a corpse. Terminate him.
Objective: Kill Terry O’Rielly, The Irish Tank
He will be roaming the highlighted area, but should be rather easy to spot since he is a hulk-like creature, and thus stands out from other creatures.
Once you have killed all of the risen war veterans, your mission will update and complete itself.
