Tier 1

Objective: Kill Ak’ab Stalkers

The ak’ab are located around the shop. Kill 5 of these.

Tier 2

Objective: Follow the trail into the forest

The trail starts by the road on the north side of the shop. Be prepared to take out ak’ab and filthy humans.

Objective: Stop the attacking ak’ab

As you close in on a small creek, the objective will update and you find yourself inside a quite large red mission area (on the map). If you leave this area, the tier will reset! Thus, run a bit farther into the circle so you don’t accidentally strafe outside it during the fights that are coming.

First there are three waves with packs of small ak’ab, called Tenebrous Brood Invader.

Then a larger than normal Tenebrous Brood Ravager.

Tier 3

Objective: Find an ak’ab nest

Move east into the mountain.

Tier 4

Objective: Enter the cave

Inside the passage in the mountain you’ll find the entrance to the cave. Approach to enter.

Tier 5

Objective: Escort Ami as she searches the cave

Ami stands inside in the cave. She will follow you, so you will need to lead the way. There is no map in here. The cave goes more or less in one direction. Don’t take any sharp turns and you will be OK.

Objective: Defend Ami while she destroys the nest

As you approach a big cavern, Ami will run ahead into the centre. While it is your job to defend her, you do not need to run after her as the attackers will head for you. I suggest staying in the cavern entrance for two reasons: Firstly, you know where the exit is when you’re done. Secondly, if you stay close to Ami, her pulses will keep you in combat and you will not regenerate health between waves.

The first two waves are packs of small Tenebrous Brood, then there are two waves of respectively one and two normal sized Tenebrous Brood Warriors. And then, then she comes. Remember that circle strafe is your friend.

Objective: Escort Ami to the cave exit

Run back the way you came. remember, no sharp turns. Follow the marker. There are a few enemies on the way out so you can’t simply sprint, as they will halt Ami. When you get back to the entrance, Ami exits the mission is complete.

Approach this point to exit the cave yourself.
