Tier 1

Objective: Examine Zaha’s Scouting report

The scouting report is at Zaha’s feet.

Objective: Pick up the Blood Contaminants

The blood contaminants are also at Zaha’s feet.

Objective: Enter the vampire bastion

The easiest way into the bastion that avoids as many fights as possible starts at (410, 855).

Head up the hill toward the large green tent and take a left along the ridge. Jump down at about (350, 785).

Tier 2

Objective: Destroy the northern siege engine

Objective: Destroy the southern siege engine

You will find the northern siege engine at (365, 765) and the southern engine at (360, 715). Each will have two vampire guards and contain a Machine Engine. Once you’ve destroyed the Machine Engine you will have a three second countdown until the engine explodes dealing large damage and starting a fire. You can use this to your advantage if you have quick reflexes and try to get the vampires caught in the explosion while you dodge out the door to safety. Otherwise it’s better to kill the vampires before destroying the Machine Engine.

Tier 3

Objective: Go to the hanger section

Head to (300, 780) to progress the mission.

Objective: Disable trucks

Objective: Destroy siege building material

In the area you will find several trucks. Simply click the hood of the trucks to disable them. Beware, this will aggro any vampire guards working on the truck even if they are out of line of sight. You will have to do this three times. In and around the trucks you will also find building material. Destroy ten of them.

Objective: Kill Engineer Valslav Evgenovich

Objective: Kill Mechanic Petr Evgenovich

Both Valslav and Petr Evgenovich are located inside the structure at (335, 825).

Petr is probably the hardest fight in this entire mission. He hits hard, puts an evade buff on himself and can knock you down. His dash attack can also deal huge damage so avoid it. Don’t be afraid to use animas and healing items on this guy.

Valslav won’t use an evade buff but he will put a hinder on you. When this happens, watch out for the leech bombs and dodge out of them.

Tier 4

Objective: Enter the detention tent

The tent is at (260, 730).

Objective: Kill cel Rau, the Quartermaster

Objective: Free prisoners

Objective: Destroy blood stocks

You will have to free five prisoners, destroy 4 blood stocks, and kill cel Rau. Most of the prisoners and blood stocks are guarded by pairs of vampires, but you can find some unguarded.

cel Rau isn’t much of a problem. All he really does is throw leech bombs around, which are easy enough to avoid.

Tier 5

Objective: Enter the blood depot

Go to (260, 670).

Objective: Kill death squad

Objective: Contaminate blood tanks

Here you will need to kill six death squad vampires and contaminate three blood tanks. Each blood tank is guarded by a pair of death squad vampires which is convenient. Be careful not to aggro the one death squad that patrols a circle around the inner portion of the tent. If you do you might also aggro a pair of vampires from the inner area. If you don’t mind waiting, you can kill just one pair of death squad vampires, contaminate the tank and then wait for the tank to “respawn” and contaminate it again. You will be able to get all three contaminations before the vampires respawn.

Tier 6

Objective: Locate General Bogdan Calugarul

The General is in a huge tent at (345, 660).

Objective: Kill General Bogdan Calugarul

General Bogden Calugarul is an anticlimactic fight to this very difficult mission. He is extremely easy. Be careful when he casts his channeled attack. Just get behind him to avoid it and you will be fine.

On your way out of the tent be sure to grab the mission Blood Sample from the Onyx Box for an easy signet bag.
