This mission is a direct faction specific continuation of Mortal Sins.
Tier 1
Objective: Return to the Head of the Dragon
Travel to Seoul and go to the Dragon HQ. Enter the building where you always have your mission briefings and watch a cutscene. That’s pretty much it for this mission.
You will receive a pair of rewards called Memory. Those are two clothing uniforms. Which ones you get depends on your character’s gender. Males will receive Crowley’s Glad Rags and High Plaines Drifter, while females receive Mei Ling’s outfit and Rose’s outfit.
