Objective: Use the console to select the parameters for a scenario
Interact with the console directly beneath the mission icon. This will bring up a screen that looks like the one in the image below.
Select the settings you want to apply during the scenario. It might be a good idea to start with the Novice difficulty if this is your first time, just to get into it.
Note that scenarios have a lockout cooldown for 18 hours when you successfully complete them. Press Shift + L to bring up the cooldown overview. Novice, normal and elite share cooldowns. So do solo and duo. This means that for every scenario location, there is a total of 4 different cooldowns.
Objective: Enter one of the simulation chambers and wait for the Scenario to begin
Follow the blue lights under the floor into one of the four simulation chambers. They are also marked on the minimap with narrow blue circles.
Once you step onto the platform, the room will initiate the simulation. Remain on the platform to have the scenario launched within seconds. This marks the end of this tutorial mission which can only be done once. It’s function is simply to learn you how to start scenarios. Once inside whatever scenario you chose, you will be given a new scenario mission representing that scenario location.
