Objective: Pick up House-In-Exile squad leader’s mask
That would be right in front of you, the mask on the flipped car.
Objective: Collect House-In-Exile mercenary masks
You can find masks on almost all the garage floors. They are quite easy to find. Just look behind cars, in the corners of the floors, on top of cars, etc.
Also, the Oni enemies that you kill on your way up will also drop masks.
