This mission not repeatable. To replay it, you must start a new character.
If you have completed the story mission The Venetian Agenda, this mission will intiate when you go to Agartha, provided that you have bought the Issue 9 DLC.
Tier 1
Objective: Speak to your faction handler
Go to your faction handler. If you are a Templar, you will need to go to Richard Sonnac in London. If you are of the Illuminati, you will need to see Kirsten Geary in New York. If you are a Dragon, you need to seek out Bong Cha in Seoul.
Tier 2
Objective: Travel to Venice
Go back to Agartha. You can quickly reach the Venice branch by jumping down from the main platform on the left side.
Enter the Sunken Library through the portal down there.
Objective: Go to Arturo’s Office
The location is prominently marked on the map. It’s a door on the eastern side of the Sunken Library. Refer to the image below.
