Julia Smith

Julia Smith is a high level operative and field agent for the Orochi Group. She is also, together with Winston Smith, the handler for Emma Smith while she was in Orochi care during their excavation in the Carpathian Fangs. Though they pose as a married couple, it is unknown if they are actually married, or if it is just a cover. At some point before Emma was relocated, from the Vali facility in London, to the Carpathian Fangs, both Julia and Winston were in the facility and observed Emma when she was declared "ready for the Carpathian project".

During the excavation, the site was attacked by Mara and her followers, thus forcing the Smith's to flee the site, with Emma. They then sat up camp in a local cabin, this is also the last place they were known to reside. Even though Julia and Winston were held up in the cabin for an unknown amount of time after the assault on the breach, they still appear to have had regular contact with a mysterious superior.

It is currently unknown just what Julia and Winston were doing with Emma in the Carpathian Fangs, except from the fact that they were using her to dig in the breach. The Smith's resided in their cabin after the initial assault, it is, however later discovered that they were being surveyed by Lidya and the Phonecians under the direct orders of Lilith. It is also revealed that the cabin stopped showing life-signs.

At some point, Julia and Winston went to the Zana springs to take samples of the filth there, which led to both Julia and Winston being exposed. It does, however, in their video logs seem like Julia's condition is more severe than Winston's, who claims Emma might be the key to Julia's recovery. Whether or not Winston was able to find a cure for Julia is currently unknown.
