This build is designed for elites, so you will want to go for the talismans that give you attack rating. You should, however, try to have about 3-400 hit rating and get your hands on some talismans with Penetraton Rating. If you can find some pistols with Crit Power, even better.

This build is designed for Elite dungeons, and possibly Normal dungeons if you have the AP. The Build is cheap, versatile and can also pull decent dps while you are working your way through the Elite dungeons.
