HOW IT WORKS

This specific setup uses a multi hit builder in order to activate procs, due to the limited amount of viable procs it still makes effective use of Elemental Force.

Lock & Load is best used right after Exsanguinate followed by three round burst, use Cannibalise right before Exsanguinate this will increase the entire attack by 20% more damage.
