How it works

Do or Die roots the player in place while it’s activated (10 seconds), re-activating DoD will remove both the damage component and the root allowing you to move again.

This build provides good, stable DPS and group buffs (SF/DA and whiplash+binding signet for Crack, you can also manage to rotate defensive target for the Fury buff from manifestation every second, so everyone who can use dps boost have it – its 5sec and applied on each hit of manifestation).

The problem possible in some fights:
Fire Manifestation works great against static bosses, if boss moves around a lot, you probably would like to have another Ele consumer (Flame Strike or maybe Blaze with passive), put it instead of Arc Flash or DA (if someone else use pistols). Dont replace Fire Manifestation, because even one hit from it gives your defensive target (yourself included) 7% dps boost for 5sec.
Just make sure you are in order with Seal the Deal all the time, so it will boost your Shootout (you can cancel STD buff by right-clicking or using proper addon to get it in order).

Flicker also might be usefull in some fights.

If your group have high dps total and the fight is very short you should probably use Final Fuse passive (instead of Closer).


Simple rotation (including buffs):

  • Ignite x2
  • Fire Manifestation
  • Short Fuse + Deadly Aim
  • Ignite x3
  • Flame Strike
  • Aux weapon attack/Flame Strike
  • Shootout (boosted by Elemental Force)

Put Flame Strike instead of Arc Flash or DA (depending if you need AoE and if someone else is using Pistols)

Cast Fire Manifestation before SF, so while casting SF (1 sec cast) you still hit the target with manifestation.

Remember to have  Fire Manifestation hitting all the time and target yourself at least once every 5seconds for Fury buff (7% dps increase).
