DESCRIPTION

The chaos version of Riot Truck. Works great all the way from elites to the toughest Nightmare Dungeons.

SITUATIONAL ABILITIES

Raging Bullet

Replacing one of your defensive cooldowns when you’re confident about your tanking skills will result in more DPS through this active.

Flak Jacket

Provides your group and yourself with a buff that reduces damage taken by 15% for 5 seconds.

Defensive Turret

Honestly, in most cases this ability is completely overkill mitigation wise. So, useful when you want more mitigation instead of damage.

Dark Potency

If you have enough Hit Rating you can swap Paradigm Shift for more Penetration Rating.

HOW IT WORKS

This build has a lot of mitigation and covers a lot of your glyph points even in blue gear.

Shotgun turret requires you to target yourself in order to gain your shotgun weapons support effect, granting you additional mitigation. This ability can be cast at 1 resource as its primary function is to apply Debilitate through Improved Blasts.

You can use Domino effect or Chaotic pull to impair special abilities such as Charged Hack.
