The Flamethrower ability Dragon's Breath is decent when you want to attack enemies from further away when you start combat. It also deals a lot of damage.
Gear Stats

The required stats depend on in which zone you are currently at. Later zones will require the higher stats than earlier zones. You can continue to increase your Attack Rating and Penetration Rating beyond the numbers displayed above as you progress. Once you reach 800-900 penetration rating, you can start adding some Critical Rating.
