Not much is known about Mr. Martin. When the fog first came in, he had the good instinct to seek refuge inside the Kingsmouth Congregational Church and hasn't moved much from there since then.
Even though the Sheriff has him on a missing persons list, he prefer to stay in the church, stating he feels safer in here. You can also sometime hear him praise god.
