Objective: Examine the note
Right click on the poster.
Objective: Gather werewolf ears
The mission marker will direct you to an area of the Dark Woods near (460, 545) but you can gather these ears from any werewolves in Besieged Farmlands or even in Shadowy Forest. Perhaps even anywhere in the game, but I have not tested this.
Objective: Bring the ears to Mihas Blaga
If you remained in Besieged Farmlands to get the ears, enter the tunnel at (310, 450) which leads to Shadowy Forest. Mihas is located just on the other side of the tunnel at (1000, 1195) in Shadowy Forest.
Simply click on him to complete the mission.
