The soundman, or what’s left of him can be found here. When you interact with his remains, you will get a message saying “After inspection of what’s left of the Cameraman’s corpse, it is clear he was devoured by a big predator, most likely a Wendigo.”
Plenty of Wendigos in the area. Kill one and a datacard should drop in a loot bag.

The reported headed for the moon bog. She seems to be very much alive. A bit too much alive, maybe. Make her dead and loot her datacard.
