Interact with the Blood traces around (517,69), by the wrecked SUV.
Objective: Follow the blood trail of the survivor
Your new goal is beside the mission giver Sarge, and you have several ways to reach it. If you decide to cross the bridge, don’t stop to fight and run straight to Sarge as you will be chased by sensibly more zombies than you should be able to fend off!
Find the survivor lying on the ground near Sarge at (444,226) and interact with the body.
