TIER 1
Objective: Find where the locusts come from
There you are, running around an Aten infested city, when you come across a bug carapace and if you are like me, you most likely said “EW TIME TO KILL BUGS.” So you do what any good agent would do and head over to the area further down from the carapace. You will find some big mound/hives like these:

Objective: Destroy 0/2 locust mounds
The only insects allowed to live are bees. Show them who is boss by destroying the mounds. Be careful of the tiny locusts that come out as you attack!
TIER 2
Objective: Track the giant locusts down
Time to eliminate the real deal. Look around the area for a really big hive and click on it.
Objective: Destroy the large locust hive
As your prize for identifying large bug homes (and destroying them) you get to fight the Morrowplague Locust Queen. She is pretty easy to take down, just avoid her goop!
