Tier 1

Objective: Diagnose and treat the first patient

Give the first patient Diazepam.

Objective: Diagnose and treat the second patient

Give the second patient Chloroquine.

Objective: Diagnose and treat the third patient

Give the third patient Vancomycin.

Objective: Diagnose and treat the fourth patient

Read the clipboard for the fourth patient.

Objective: Read the diary of Dr Varias

The diary is on the table in the tent with the medicines.

Objective: Find the clue encrypted in the diary

On the left page of Dr Varias’ diary, the keyword is chemistry
The letters on the right page each stands for something within chemistry. Think back on your science classes.

The letters on the right page are elements in the Periodic Table of Elements. As you might or might not remember, each element has a unique atomic number. The atomic number represens a letter in the alphabet. This way, F becomes I, because I is the 9th letter.

When fully translated, you get this mesage:
“I Asked The Old Drinkers at the Tavern About My Father Some Recalled He Spent Nights With His Local Mistress There. “Good with a pitchfork and that is not all” This woman is long gone, but perhaps something remains.”

Go to The Owl and Eagle and go upstairs. Enter the third room on the right. Look at the wall where the bed is and click on the picture on the right.

Tier 3

Objective: Find the location mentioned in the note

Head to St. Harbabureşti Church. Once inside the mission will update.

Objective: Decipher the clues from the note to locate the research

Go outside of the church and head around to the back of the building. At (895,1220) you will see a dirt mount. Click on it.

Objective: Examine the research

Interact with the Red Hand Laptop.

Objective: Upload the research to your HQ

If the dirt mound reappears and you closed the window, just interact with it again.

The numbers 45477804 and 45481340 are relevant.
The password is the name of a condition caused by mutations in the UROD gene.
The password is porphyria. Once you enter the password, input Y to upload the data and complete the mission.
