The second message can be found on a phone. Several phones have been spotted in the complex, so it’s unclear whether the one you’re looking for is random, or if it’s always the same phone. I found the message on the phone in the lunch room.
The third message can be found on the soulmate machine in the pool room.
The fourth message can be found on the table right next to the kitchen entrance door.
