The Search for Tyler Freeborn

Tier 1

Objective: Go to the location where Tyler Freeborn was filming

Go to the destination pinpointed on the minimap.

Objective:  Search the area for a clue to Tyler’s whereabouts

Once you get there, you should see a small boat. There will be a pair of Dog Tags lying on the ground (150,60). Pick them up to advance the mission.

Tier 2

Objective: Go to the military camp

Go to the destination pinpointed on your minimap. The camp is not far away from the tunnel leading back to the Savage Coast.

Objective: Search the camp for information about Tyler Freeborn

Use the laptop near Karen Olson and input Option 4 and then Option 2.

Objective: Search for Tyler Freeborn at his safehouse

Head for the location marked on the minimap. There will be a lot of hostile creatures in the area around the safehouse.

Objective: Search the safehouse

There should be a box inside the safehouse that you can open up.

Objective: Read the note

Objective: Pick up the trailer key

Tier 3

Objective: Go to the trailer park

Once again, go to the location marked on the minimap.

Objective: Figure out which trailer the key is for

Go to the trailer door at (200,660) and click on it. Get ready to run!

Objective: Pursue the agent

There’s no time to be reading this, run! Don’t lose the agent, you’re on a timer.

Eventually, the agent will reach his ride and take off in a hurry which updates your objective to:

Objective: Follow the van

Equip multiple health talismans as you should be prepared to take some damage. Follow the van. As you make your way along the road, a chopper will appear and start shooting missiles at you that will appear as AoE circles on the ground. They expand fast and you’re likely to be hit at least one or two times.

Tier 4

Objective: Defeat the Draug Warmonger

It has 11k health, but will cast more AoE abilities than direct attacks so just stay out of them and you should be able to take him down regardless.

Tier 5

Objective: Search the wreckage for evidence

Head for the beach on the left side of the road and examine the SD card dropped by the Orochi agent.

This mission will automatically turn into The Research of Tyler Freeborn
