Use the laptop inside the Orochi van.
Objective: Kill cybernetic monsters

Objective: Kill demonic monsters
You will have to kill 50 of each type. Just kill whatever mobs of those shield types you find. Below is a map which shows the AEGIS areas, as a reference to where you can find mobs with the various shields.
