This mission is only available during the story mission Back to the Beginning and takes place in the Tokyo subway instance.
Tier 1

The first note is on top of the soda machine, right where you pick up the mission.
The second note is in the room where you first encounter groups of AEGIS shielded enemies. The note is on the left side from where you enter the room.
The third note is inside the train, in one of the seats.
The fourth note is in the room where Sarah uses red flares to create some light.
The fifth and final note is in the last room, on a flipped ticket machine to the left from where you enter the room.
