Tower Defence

Tier 1

Objective: Go to the defence tower truck

The location is marked on the map. It’s just around 100 metres southeast.

Objective: Read the defence tower manual

You will find the manual by the opened truck doors.

Tier 2

Objective: Pick up the defence towers

There is a big crate right outside the truck with defence towers in it.

Objective: Pick up the generator

Located right next to the big crate. How can you carry that thing in your pocket??

Objective: Go to the breach

Go to the area marked on the map, in the southwestern part of downtown Kaidan.

Objective: Place the generator

There is a specific spot on the ground that you need to click.

Please note that if that someone else is already here and has placed down their generator, the game will skip this objective for you.

Objective: Place the towers

The towers were placed in your inventory. When you click on them, you will place one at your feet. Spread them out a little, but not too much. Recommended tower types are the Anti-Cybernetic ones, but with a pair of Anti-Demonic towers too for the boss.

Please note that if that someone else is already here and has started the defence from incoming waves of enemies, the game will skip this objective for you.

Objective: Defend the breach

There will be a few waves of Cyborgs. Be sure to make proper use of the defence towers by moving around while attacking the enemies. They will then follow you around to attack you, and thus be hit by the towers as you move from one to the other.

If you die, you will be told to go back to the Orochi truck and pick up the generator, then go back to the breach and start over.

Eventually, a big Orochi smiler mech spawns and enters the fight. It has a Cybernetic shield and a Demonic shield underneath. Just stay near the towers and the fight should not prove to be too hard.

Tier 3

Objective: Pick up the generator

Pick up the generator you placed on the ground earlier. All towers will be deactivated.

Objective: Go to the next breach

Go to the location marked on the map, which is to the east of the previous location.

Objective: Place the generator

There is a specific spot on the ground that you need to click.

Please note that if that someone else is already here and has placed down their generator, the game will skip this objective for you.

Objective: Place the towers

Recommended tower types are Anti-Cybernetic and Anti-Psychic.

Please note that if that someone else is already here and has started the defence from incoming waves of enemies, the game will skip this objective for you. Also, if you run out of towers to place, you can always head back to the Orochi truck and replenish your supply.

Objective: Defend the breach

There will be alternating waves of cybernetic enemies like Cyborgs and psychic enemies like Spectres and some others.

If you die, you will be told to go back to the Orochi truck and pick up the generator, then go back to this breach and restart the current stage.

After some waves of normal enemies, a boss entity will spawn and attack. Remember that this one has two shields as well. Make good use of the towers to make it easier.

Tier 4

Objective: Pick up the generator

Pick up the generator again to take it with you.

Objective: Go to the last breach

Go to the location marked on the map, towards the northeast.

Objective: Place the generator

Again, there is a specific spot where you need to click.

Please note that if that someone else is already here and has placed down their generator, the game will skip this objective for you.

Objective: Place the towers

Here you will need all three tower types.

Please note that if that someone else is already here and has started the defence from incoming waves of enemies, the game will skip this objective for you. Also, if you run out of towers to place, you can always head back to the Orochi truck and replenish your supply.

Objective: Defend the breach

There will be quite a few waves of filth infected enemies and Oni demons.

If you die, you will be told to go back to the Orochi truck and pick up the generator, then go back to this breach and restart the current stage.

After that, an Oni boss will spawn and attack. Defeat that one to end the mission.
