Tier 1
Objective: Go to the end of the pier
Follow the pier to its end, but make sure you climb all the stairs, to the elevated level of the pier.
Objective: Examine the hanging corpse
Simply walk up next to it and click it once, make sure to be ready for a fight once you do so.
Tier 2
Objective: Kill the Deranged Spectre
It will spawn immediately once you have examined the corpse. Help it to move on to the afterlife.
Tier 3
Objective: Take the pendant
Upon being sent away a mysterious pendant dropped to the ground, better pick it up.
Congratulations, mission complete!
