This mission is only available during Tier 5 of the mission Appetite for Destruction, which you can pick up from Moose outside the Sheriff’s Office. This is because the sewers in which this mission is located may only be accessed with that mission active.
Tier 1
Objective: Examine the brochure
Interact with the brochure on the ground.
Tier 2
Objective: Go to the Morninglight camp
Exit the sewers and go to the location marked on the map.
Objective: Look fore more information
Go to the tent. There should be a note on a table there; interact with it.
