Tier 1

Objective: Survey the surrounding area

Interact with the telescope to use it.

After interacting with the middle scope you enter binocular mode. You can move the telescope left and right with the arrows on screen, and zoom in and out with the plus and minus signs. You start looking at this area.

Move right until you see this.

Then zoom in on the small sandbank in the river. You may have to move the telescope a bit left/right, zoom in/out or simply wait to get the quest to proceed.

Objective: Get a closer look at the object in the river

Jump down from the cliff straight a head and follow the river to this area.

Objective: Carefully inspect the body

The reason the objective says carefully is because the body is surrounded with mines. Avoid them as you approach the body.

Once close enough, interact with the body to inspect it.

Objective: Fend off the Collector’s ambush

It’s a trap! Get off the sandbank, the mines make it a bad place to fight. Take on two chainsaw-wielding scarecrows called Collector’s Minion first.They approach you one at a time from a random spot upstream or downstream the river.

Then take out the Crudely Altered Collector’s Minion to complete the mission.
