Objective: Read Carter’s story
Interact with Carter’s notebook to read the story.
Objective: Get some whiskey from the Groundskeepers shack
The shack is east of the academy.
Interact with the bottles in the back of the pick-up truck to pick up a bottle to your inventory.
Objective: Go to the beach by Masons’ Crescent
Head south towards World’s End.
Tier 2
Objective: Light the fire
Interact with the bonfire to light it. And take some time clearing the area of trash mobs. You may need some tumble room.
Objective: Drink several swigs of whiskey
Use the whiskey bottle in your invetory three times, and watch the world go from this:

We at TSWDB do not recommend FUI (fighting under influence), but in this case you have no choice. The Groundskeeper will come running at you from the sea with his fire axe. Fight!
